SITE Project Engineer (Air Conditioning and Ventilation)

Job Description

We are a well established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Brunei Darussalam seeking qualified and suitable candidates for the following position:

• Male, 5 years experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC projects for commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, hospitals, etc.
• Liaise with consultants, project authority for approvals of drawings.
• Basic knowledge of heat load calculations
• Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings
• Erection of ducting, piping, values, cooling towers, pumps, chillers etc.
• Familiar with building automation systems and functions and operations
• Preparation of progress reports and progress claims
• Manpower planning and scheduling of works
• Tender preparation, estimation and costing
• Must have basic knowledge of the following standards ASHRAE, ASME, ASTM, SMACNA, DW-144
• Proficient in Autocad
• Possess good analytical skills.
