3. Process re-engineering & data modeling
4. Advising top management & other groups on local, national & international factors affecting the buying & selling of products.
5. Market analysis including reporting , segmentation, CRM, Market Campaign results & other critical business data
6. Extraction of customer, vendors and competitors information.
7. Liaison with certification agency for certification / surveillance audits.
8. ISO documentation: Quality Management System and Environment Management System
9. Preparation of presentation & generation of various MIS reports
10. Monitoring & Coordinating with all Plants Head & HODs for various important activities & reports.
11. Analyze Competitor performance and provide timely feedback proposing corrective actions.
