Job Description

Manage smoothly entire operation of plant and machinery as per SOP's; maintenance of room and public area with least guest complaints;break-down maintenance through proper preventive schedules; coordinate and direct the renovation/ expansion activities  to maintain higher level of maintenance standard of building, plant and machinery(R.O Plant,Generators,S T P plant,Laundry equipments,boiler etc) as per SOP's; training/development for high staff morale;Coordinate effectively through proper M.I.S / record keeping

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A
