Designation (70 characters)- Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer Buildings Segment
Plumbing & Fire Fighting Draftsman Buildings Segment.
For buildings of all type namely residential, commercial, IT, hotels, townships, hospitals, retail/mall etc.:
1. Preparing design brief report showing assumption, basis of design, codes and standards, water and sewage calculation and equipment details.
2. Determining the total water demand of the project and planning of Water Supply Network, Water storage and pumping systems.
3. Preparation of pump room layout for plumbing, water treatment and fire fighting systems.
4. Preparing Internal Plumbing layout comprising:
a. Soil, Waste and Vent pipe system.
b. Hot and cold water systems.
c. Rain water
d. Basement drainage and pumping
