JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Analyze, investigate and process credit card transaction dispute and follow VISA/ Mastercard/Internal bank procedures.
- Efficiently and accurately process all dispute related activities (chargeback).
- Ensure appropriate VISA/MC reason codes and other requirements.
- Collect and organize backup documentation.
- Process temporary credit and reversals after reveiwing.
- process pre-arbitration cases and conduct follow up investigation with other banks.
- Timely monitor and reveiw Mastercom reports for Master Card's dispute.
- Reconcile all Chargeback cases on daily basis and provide inputs.
- Resolve VISA and Master Card disputes.
