- Handling the guest complaint & services.
- Proper handling of check in & check out.
- Handling Duty Manager Shift in absence of duty manager.
- Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
- Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
- Checks out guests and inquires about their stay.

Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including
guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores.
- Actively builds awareness of the Brand to guests.
- Fluent in both verbal & written English.
- 1-3 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
- High self disciplinary.
