Job Description

Brief profile - Responsible for merchandising all product categories for the brand including props and fixtures for stores. Person shall be based at the HO in Mumbai but shall be responsible for coordinating with international HO of the company for procurement of stocks on an annual or biannual basis. He/she shall the be responsible for maintaining optimum stock levels in all the company stores, SIS and other points of sale. Work shall also involve periodic analysis of SKUs, MIS reporting and retail merchandise analysis.

Location: worli, mumbai. 

Gender pref male or female

Work days Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday is an off)

Work timings 10 am to 7 pm daily

Qualifications req: graduate /PG. 

Experience and skills req: min 3-8 yrs in handling a similar profile in retail industry. Very good excel knowledge is a must for this post and person should know pivot tables, V look up etc.
Reporting to brand manager

Soft Skills req: good communication skills and good presentation and working knowledge of MS excel

Key Responsibilities 

Person shall be responsible for (along with his team) coordination of all purchases for the stores including props and fixtures. He shall negotiate contracts with vendors and dev the same for local purchase and shall coordinate with the international offices to procure merchandise on an annual or bi-annual basis. He/she shall be managing vendors for procurement of materials for the retail chain

CTC: between Rs 25-40k pm gross.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 4,75,000 P.A. person should be very good in MS excel
