Position : Front Office Assistant/ Executive
Location : North : Kaziranga
South : Ooty
Vacant Positions : 2
Skills:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/services/ procedures/ standards.
Maintain positive guest relations at all the times
Resolve the guest complaint, ensuring guest satisfaction at all the times
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area
Maintain complete knowledge of :
a) All hotel features/ service of operations.
b) All no. of rooms and layout and location.
c) All room rates, special package and promotions.
d) Daily house count and arrival /departures.
e) Room availability status on any given day.
f) Scheduled in-house activity, location and time.
Access all function of WINHMS
Answer departmental telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephonic etiquette.
Ensure that current information on room rates, packages, and promotion is available at the front desk and that all the staff has knowledge of the same.
Prepare and adjust weekly work scheduled accordance with staffing guide line and occupancy forecasts.
Ensure that all staff reports to work as per schedule and make sure that none of them are late or absent
Coordinate for breaks with staff and assign work duties to staff.
Conduct briefing before start of every shift and review all the information pertinent to the days business.
Inspect grooming and attire of all staff and rectify any deficiencies.
Constantly monitor the staff performance in all phases of services and job function, correct if any.
Monitor the check-in/check-out procedure, anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help reduce the pressure and process smooth function of front office.
Monitor the staffs interaction with guests ensuring prompt and courteous services to resolve any situations.
Assist the staff with their job function to ensure optimum service to guest.
Any other assignment advised by the Management from time to time.
Preferred any Graduate / Diploma in Hotel background.
