The job location will be based at "Bangalore".

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform the impact analysis and validate the scope and the participants of the exercise.
2. Write the draft version of the Terms of reference document
3. Prepare presentations to business lines
4. Prepare the tools (DRPtest, DMC, Mailing lists) for the exercise
5. Consolidate the business continuity requirements (HR and IT)
6. Performa a gap analysis with the current solutions (HR and IT)
7. Prepare presentations to business lines
8. Sending the survey and reminders
9. Analyzing the answers
10. Reporting on the process
11. Monitor the update of BCM data in the systems
12. Consolidate the data, prepare the report and have it approved by regions or BL/SF
