Job Description
We are a well established Mechanical and
Electrical Contractor in Brunei Darussalam seeking qualified and
suitable candidates for the following position:
- Male, 5 years experience.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC projects for commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, hospitals, etc.
- Liaise with consultants, project authority for approvals of drawings.
- Basic knowledge of heat load calculations
- Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings
- Erection of ducting, piping, values, cooling towers, pumps, chillers etc.
- Familiar with building automation systems and functions and operations
- Preparation of progress reports and progress claims
- Manpower planning and scheduling of works
- Tender preparation, estimation and costing
- Must have basic knowledge of the following standards ASHRAE, ASME, ASTM, SMACNA, DW-144
- Proficient in Autocad
- Possess good analytical skills.
