SME - Enterprise Risk Management (erm)

Job Description	This individual will be involved in end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Risk Management solution consisting of Credit, Market and Operational risk, ICAAP. A key driver from the subject matter knowledge perspective, this individual will play a key role in planning and execution of risk management projects. Execution may also include product configurations, assistance in ETL, UAT and final Go-live. In smaller projects, this person may be leading the entire projects including other vendor and client. This person will also be involved in pre-sales providing insights into winnable solutions and estimations, making client presentations and assisting in RFP responses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in requirements gathering with clients Assist in overall Solutioning and Presales (incl. hardware if possible) Data mapping and extraction from/to upstream/downstream sources/targets Carry out data checks and provide test results Configuration of risk management application as per requirements Assist in reports design and development Assist in system and user testing Provide trainings to end users Preparation of Solution Architecture, Design and other documents Participate in pre-sales activities (client meetings, presentations etc.) Work out responses, including estimates, to possible opportunities Vendor management Providing consulting/advisory services to clients on regulators policies, best practices etc.
Desired Profile	Knowledge: Understanding of Basel guidelines both Basel 2 and Basel 3 on Credit, Market and Operational risk, ICAAP, scenario building. Knowledge of industry best practices on risk management, basic knowledge of banking and banking applications. Following will be added advantage Knowledge of statistical modeling Knowledge of liquidity risk management in banking Knowledge of Microsoft MPP Skills: SAS/SPSS, Java or similar object oriented programming language Advanced statistical methods and quantitative analysis Statistical tools and programs Effective communication both written and verbal. Knowledge of multiple ETL and reporting tools will be an added advantage Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously Experience : Min 12 years Educational Qualification: Min. Graduation in Engg., Maths, Physics or Statistics. Management degree would be added advantage
