HR Executive

Job Description

As HR Executive the,the incumbent will be responsible to support the Manager HR (Eastern Region). Responsibilities include:
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Implementation of all HR policies
  • Support implement internal communication initiatives
  • Manage employee grievances & employee queries appropriately 
  • Support payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc
  • Support recruitment initiatives as required
  • Support processes like 
o Employee on-boarding and induction for all regional locations
o Ensure timely confirmations & related processed for employees
o Statutory compliance
o Data collection for HR- MIS
o PMS
o Insurance
o R&R
o Others as defined from time to time
  • Manage all HR documentation as required.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
MBA in HR and professional experience of minimum 6 months - 2 years in a generalist profile (only female candidates)

  • Should be familiar with all aspects of HR including, Employee relations & Engagement, recruitments and payroll
  • Should have exposure to statutory compliances
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
  • Familiar with working in the fast paced and performance driven cultural environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
