To drive core HR programs such as PMP and compensation planning To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
Handle employee counseling & grievances
To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work & MphasiS Values are communicated
Employee - Communications - HR connect meets/town halls/skip meetings/One on one discussions/Employee Counseling
Employee Retention and engagement
Maintain constant communication with employees and key stakeholders. Provide consultative support to managers and leaders on employee engagement
Prioritize query resolution from associates. Competent in grievance handling, employee counseling, retention management
Generate data and Prepare Report decks for various HR MIS like On boarding demographics report, Attrition, Communication transfers etc.
Understand, disseminate and provide consultative support in performance management methodology. Roll outs, tracking and ensuring completion within timelines as per established guidelines
Handle the R&R activities on the floor. Ensure correct participation fair selection, counseling and championing the R&R philosophy of the organization
