Work Description/ Responsibilities:
1. Keeps a track of all exits, new joiners within the BU / LOB
2. Responsible for tracking new hire status through HR admin tool and processing / completing their joining formalities
3. Acting as a SPOC for all HR related issues for assigned BU / LOB
4. Maintains, updates and audits important matrices related human capital of assigned BU / LOB like details on headcount, employees compensation, experience, attrition rate etc. Responsible for preparing monthly reports w.r.t. to above metrics
5. Manages correspondence as well as drafts and issues relevant documents to employees based on need
6. Develops HR calendar based on inputs Assistant Manager HR and respective BU / LOB and ensures/assists the supervisor with timely implementation of the same
7. Tracks attrition within assigned BU / Corp centre. May also have a role in analyzing exit feedback / attrition rate and proposing possible solutions / interventions and once approved implementing the same to enhance employee engagement
8. Tracks, prepares and sends payroll advice to the payroll team for the assigned BUs on a monthly basis. This involves keeping a track of all payroll action item/s for the assigned teams throughout the month
9. Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs related to HR including interpretation of polices. Provides inputs and assists in development of policies.
10. Responsible for day to day employee relations, including identification of employee relations issues (if any), examine formal / informal employee complaints / feedback and make recommendations to resolve issues.
11. Provides inputs for the development of proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities and then administers the same
12. Will be responsible for providing guidance to supervisors / managers on employee related issues like employee engagement, employee relations etc.
13. Proactively as well as based on business needs, conducts education programs and presentation to employees on changes in HR processes / practices / policies
14. Identifies opportunities for process improvements within the department and its activities
15. Ensures error-free on-time deliverance of any periodic / ad-hoc request
