a. Coordinate with different channels for
sourcing profiles, initial assessment, follow-up with operations for
interviews and joining related processes. b. Conduct reference checks for the experienced candidates who have been selected through the interview process.
c. Meet and evaluate recruitment consultants.
d. To take care of complete Joining formality process and maintain employees personal folders.
e. Liaison with team for Employee Referral incentives.
f. Monitor process compliance of team members.
g. Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
h. Conducting induction program.
i. Responsible for good employee relations and update the management on employee grievances.
j. Responsible of all the welfare activities in the location
Job Specification:
Qualification : MBA in HR / MSW / PGDHR
Experience : 2-3 Yrs as a Technical recruitment + generalist
Location: Bangalore
