| Job Description |
Objective / Purpose of the
Department: Plan, develop and implement high quality service operations
processes and procedures in order to contribute to the business growth,
revenue and profit. Ensure Quarterly scans are done in the countries with above target scores achieved each time.
Work on Discrepancies (raised by Cisco/NSN) and fix those issues by coordinating with the countries.
Arrange con calls with countries and Control Tower Team and help to settle any issues.
Send all Scheduled/Unscheduled Reports to the countries Ontime.
System (SDS Lite) Trainings and implementation
Agree with the countries the set (by CISCO/NSN) Standard Operating Process (SOP).
Other general activities of CISCO/NSN projects
Service Quality
Ensure Import and Export performance/KPIs are up to the target
Manage/Analyze Service Failures based on controllable and uncontrollable factors and recommend action plans
Be responsible for various Service Quality Reports
Linehaul Management
Service analysis based on arrival and departure
Analyzing and recommending new Linehaul (transit time and cost effective)
Periodical analysis of Linehaul used vs. Linehaul scheduled and report discrepancies
Preferred Knowledge and competencies: Very good MS EXCEL & MS POWERPOINT skills
Good (English) Verbal and written communication
Willing to travel abroad
