Job Responsibilities:

• As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for creating and developing new IT business opportunities.
• This will be achieved through contacting prospects and providing qualified leads and appointments whilst maintaining a focus on meeting customers' expectations.
• Explore the US market to identify potential clients from US IT Industry for various platforms and verticals. 
• Responsible for winning new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) in USA.
• Identify prospects Through social media, referrals, cold calls, networking, email campaigns and more
• Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor services, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
• Initiate a communication and make presentation to customers and business stake holders such as Director, Vice President
• Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups.
• Understand and develop the technical and business requirements for our customers, along with our internal team.
• Be able to match appropriate IT service to clients requirements.
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, e-mail, social media etc.
• Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
• Update and maintain prospect base by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales goals.
