Job Description


All Store occurrences, whether in his presence or otherwise
Driving sales and profitability
Driving customer satisfaction
Handling customer concern and speaking to customers. Work towards improving Customer Satisfaction Index
Running Basic store operations as per the laid down SOPs ,
Forecasting sales and equipping the store to handle expected sales volume
Physical inventory of materials (including raw material) and equipment that exist in the store.
Employee (TM) hiring, training, retention & rostering
Ensuring that the Team Members get training both on the job and using Dominos Pizza Training system in co-ordination with Training dept.
Conducting regular Appraisals/MOC for MIT/Managers in the store
Ensuring that SOCs are conducted for each TM once a month
Timely indenting of Food, Direct Marketing Material and HTR material correctly as per requirement of business.
Ensuring that the store is adhering to PSIS (Product, Service, Image & Safety procedures)
Fostering an atmosphere conducive to working in stores, an atmosphere of discipline, growth & Fun.
Maintaining appropriate records of store performance, completing paper-work and reports. Eg Discount, Cancellation , Wastage registers a prescribed from time to time.
Ensuring that all records and bills of expense are maintained and regularly updated and readily available for auditing. Timely submission of records/bills wherever required.
Maintaining legally required licences and other documents in store.
Conducting himself in an appropriate manner at all times while on duty/uniform and when visited by officials both from external agencies like Health/other Govt dept as well as Senior Management.
Creating a positive image of Dominos Pizza in the local community. He/She can do this by involving in Corporate Social Responsibility activity and ensuring that all the Team Members adhere to state laws, both on the road and in store.
Continuously monitoring various costs of store like Food Cost, Labour Cost, Petty expenses etc and optimising all the petty expenses.
Responsible to capture Teams intellectual ideas through Sankalp and implementing the approved Sankalps
Responsible for supporting, Co-ordinating and implementation of New product Rollouts and making it success.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Qualification 3 Years Hotel Management Degree/Diploma/Graduation in any stream,
Experience Minimum 3-8years experience in Food Services at Managerial level
Need to have Strong Interpersonal Skills for Team Building
Should be a good Team Player
Should be ready to relocate to any location of North- region
Should be ready for frequent Transfers.
