Designation : Process Specialist
WorkLocation : Bangalore
Exp : Min 3Yrs in Procurement Domain
Education : Any Graduate (full time)
Shift : US Shifts
Job Responsibilities
Able to handle email Vendor queries, follow-ups on Process open items.
Good understanding of critical linkages and relationships among clients' business drivers, business operations and objectives and procurement processes.
Complete understanding of P2P cycle.
Production support/ Mentor new members of the respective team
Develop effective working relationship with internal and external clients
Possess very good communication skills Written and Verbal.
Research and Analysis skills while performing process related activities.
Play a SME and advisory role to clients and colleagues in handling complex procurement tasks and issues, which frequently cut across sectors or work units.
Meeting SLA parameters of the process.
Ability to come up with process improvement ideas and drive them to closure.
SA/IA compliance audits
Supervise and assume the role of SME
Communicate with onshore over email & phone
Desired / Preferred Skills:
Capability to manage client SLA and escalations,
Good understanding of P2P cycle preference for candidates with experience
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in presenting, negotiating and resolving highly complex issues, both orally and in writing.
Willing to work in US shifts.
Microsoft office tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
Ability to promote client commitment to ensuring implementation and longer-term sustainability of projects/programs.
Ability to identify complex issues and to respond and handle accordingly; does not add unnecessary complexity to tasks or projects.
