Job Description

• Entering day to day vouchers, Ledger scrutiny and maintenance of books of accounts.
• Debtors and Creditors reconciliation.
• Coordination with Multi location/site people for day to day activity, like, attendance, timely execution of project, submission of Exp. and providing funds time to time for projects.
• Verification of Expenses submitted by site Supervisor.
• Preparations of TDS Return through E Tds return software.
• Preparation of VAT Return.
• Bank reconciliation of different accounts at various Banks, liaisoning with bankers for the need of working capital as and when required.
• Preparing of Cash/Fund flow statement to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds.
• Scrutinizing of all types of expenses and their authentication, Review of expenses on monthly basis.
• Ensuring timely remittance of statutory dues i.e. TDS (under different section of Income Tax Act-1961 which includes TDS on: Salary, Professional Services, Rent, Interest, and Contact & Sub Contract & Income Tax. Filling of returns such as, Income Tax, TDS etc. and assessment of the same as per the act.
  
• Timely payment of Venders, Insurance and utility Bills.
• Preparation of MIS of Projects.

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
