Job Description

KRA's
New Client Acquisition
o Client Meetings : A minimum of 2 New Meetings and 1 Follow up Meeting per day
o Client Additions : Minimum 3 Client acquisitions per month
Man Management
o Continuously motivate the assigned CSE and make sure s/he is achieving her KRA and daily lead generation targets and branch ops responsibilities.

Input Activities
o Lead Generation : Generate a minimum of 20 leads per month via various activities /Calling / initiatives ( LMS / Mailers etc )
o Record all activities in the LMS system and not have any unused leads/expired meetings.
o Corporate Seminars : Attend all corporate activities planned and meet minimum 50% of seminar attendees via post seminar calling/follow up
o Drive local level marketing initiatives through Self generated references and other branch leads

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A
