8. Job Purpose: Distribution, Planning and Analytics for Sales.
9. Accountabilities & Activities:
The primary responsibilities would comprise: To coordinate for Intial pitching for Bancassurance activity. Primary responsibility is to prepare the presentation basis the dynamics of the Banks/Corporate Agents. Build up the model and coordinate with different departments for financial modelling and other relevant information.
Once the Bancassurance partner is in place, the primary responsibility would be to see that the relevant processes are set. Coordinate with the banks/partners for smooth functioning of business. Design innovative campaigns for the distributors, look after the fulfilment of the campaigns. Extensively get involved in the event management conducted for the partners.
10. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate ( MBA preferred) 4 to 5 years exp preferred.
11. Competencies: Good analytics skill and communication to be good . Interaction with teams is very
important.
12. Judgement Skills: Need them while working on nos and while interacting with team members.
13. Freedom of Action: On analytics decision can be taken on own for formats of the reports .
14. Dimensions: As the company grows the role would also enhance and will grow and more expertise would be required .
15. Environment: Start up and growing day by day.
