Job Description
Good understanding of accounting and finance
concepts ( Investment Accounting, GAAP, SEC, SAB, asset depreciation,
capital, revenue and recognition, understanding of financial statements,
etc) -An Understanding of Lending products(Retail/Corporate HL,PL, Project Finance, Asset-backed lending, Limits etc)
-An understanding of Trade Finance products(LCs, Guarantees, Factoring etc)
-An understanding of liability products(CASA, TD, RD etc) and Branch Banking processes
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical, logical and reasoning skills
- Power users of MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Understands SDLC processes
- Knowledge/experience of software development would be an added advantage
Business Analysis
Understands the requirements clearly, and is able to map them into the available solutions to put forward the offering that would suit Customer needs.
Analyzes marketplace , industry, company, technology trends, best practices, competition analysis To be able to drive the product roadmap
Is able to conduct product demos and highlight the features and functionalities inline with the customer requirements
Produces written specifications, e.g. Business Requirement Document, Business Test Cases, Business Proposal, Product Presentations with the capabilities on Services etc
Testing
Identification of impact areas, preparation of test scenarios and test packs
Co-ordination with stakeholders for checking of results and outputs
Managing issues and risks at testing stage
Planning the testing activities end-to-end
Project Management primarily in terms of Bid Management
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure maximum participation
Plan the sub-activities and co-ordinate for the planned activities
Send regular status updates
Ensuring timely completion of project activities
Proactively escalating wherever necessary
