Key Accounts Manager - US Recruitment

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager  for US Staffing with 4+ years experience.

Location : Chennai, INDIA

The candidate should be good with all US TAX TERMS.

An ideal candidate should have well established contacts with Tier I or Direct clients across different verticals.
Excellent Compensation which includes base plus commission.
Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams
Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating deals.
Decent understanding of Information technology systems.
Ability to work effectively with team members.


Candidate Desired Skill:

Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment.
Must have successfully worked in partnership with a number of Account Managers/Business Developers.
Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics.


Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A
