Job Description

Experience with USA recruiting, technical recruiting a plus.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Ensure fast response and screen adequate number of qualified candidates for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
General knowledge of various USA employment laws and practices.
Experience in Sourcing USA Citizens directly, not just H1B Visa holders through Sub-Vendors.
Experience in qualified sourcing profiles for USA Government requirements will be preferred.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
Working is USA Time Zones only.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelors degree is required.
2-4 years of Recruiting experience required.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
