Job Description
- To persuade important corporate clients to bring business to hotel.
- To liase with individual clients - hotel.
- To bring about efficient sales - for sales follow ups.
- To divide the city into different areas and divisions to facilitate easy sales calling.
- To monitor the Daily, weekly, monthly reports generated and send to the General Manager of the Hotel.
- To prepare sales call sheets.
- To publicize the Priority Club and bring in members.
- To action plan sales call, negotiations closing and follow up.
- To follow up & maintain Public Relations with clients.
- To be aware of competition.
- To co-ordinate effectively with Banquet, Front Office and F&B to enable guest satisfaction.
- To make different types of bookings like conventions, groups, crews, exhibitions etc., and their rates available.
- To prepare strategies to promote sales.
