Sales Manager for Goldfinch Hotel

Job Description

  • To persuade important corporate clients to bring business to hotel.
  • To liase with individual clients - hotel.
  • To bring about efficient sales - for sales follow ups.
  • To divide the city into different areas and divisions to facilitate easy sales calling.
  • To monitor the Daily, weekly, monthly reports generated and send to the General Manager of the Hotel.
  • To prepare sales call sheets.
  • To publicize the Priority Club and bring in members.
  • To action plan sales call, negotiations closing and follow up.
  • To follow up & maintain Public Relations with clients.
  • To be aware of competition.
  • To co-ordinate effectively with Banquet, Front Office and F&B to enable guest satisfaction.
  • To make different types of bookings like conventions, groups, crews, exhibitions etc., and their rates available.
  • To prepare strategies to promote sales.
