For our Head Office we require an Analyst / MIS - Accounts department from Pharma / FMCG background.
Position: Analyst / MIS - Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate OR Post Graduate with MBA in Finance.
Experience: 3 - 4 years
Job description:
Budgeting, Forecasting & cost tracking product wise on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Create reports to closely track budget, forecast and trends for the Business Unit.
Preparing MIS reports and other statements to provide to the management on financial performance.
To provide short term forecasts of revenue and gross margin in line with the monthly forecasting cycle.
Required to do various Analysis with regards to data provided.
Prepare various MIS reports relates to Accounts.
Provide regular monitoring and evaluation of varying performance strategies.
Making daily dash-board & monthly PowerPoint presentations for review to the senior management.
Assemble spreadsheets, draw pie-charts and graphs to illustrate reports.
Experience of preparing P & L statements and Cash Flow.
Skill required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical mind.
Well versed with Computers in Excel, SAP (preferred), Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Pivot Table, Pie- charts and graphs.
Good in numbers.
