Candidate must have very strong coordination skill i.e. between multiple Consultants & Client.
Local Bye - Laws awarness (Pune) will be an added advantage.
Experience of master planning & landscape as well as building architecture & preferably with large scale affordable housing experience.
Design residential & commercial buildings as per prevailing regulations
Make plans, elevations for the projects Prepare and modify plans
Coordinate with Business Development Team
Coordinate for approvals and handling process of approval
Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during Construction stage
Giving presentation of the project.
