JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Pre-school Teachers for our company-owned pre-schools. A passion for children, an obsession for quality, strong communication skills rooted in clear work ethics are pre-requisite for the role. Candidates should preferably be Graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work with children, parents, teachers and management in a rapidly growing venture. A diploma in Early Childhood Education and experience in pre-school teaching, creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be an added advantage.

Leadership :
To assist in building and leading teams of teachers and staff who enthusiastically work together with each other and with parents to deliver world class early childhood education for each and every child in the classroom.
To stand for the rights of children and to spread a culture of warmth, team-work and professionalism in everything that we do.
Curriculum:
To understand our philosophy and approach and evolve and ensure quality implementation in the classroom encouraged by our guidance, training and support
Preparation of the class setting, translating the learning teaching methodology in the classroom teaching
Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with children
Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children.
Ensure high quality delivery in schools.
Create optimal learning environment at the schools.
Qualifications:
Passion for children and an ability to deliver world class early childhood education.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience and a minimum of one year at a supervisory level.
Qualified in Early Childhood Education, human development or child psychology
Role details:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and higher than industry norm, approx range of 3 lac per annum. This is a full-time position located at Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi. Candidate should be open for travel for Professional Development and training.
