Job Description

About the Role:
ACG needs people who can drive the next level of growth. The position reports to in-country management. We are looking for people who are extremely customer motivated and tech savvy. The position works with sales and marketing divisions. Key objectives for the role include creating new customer base for our Products in Delhi and surrounding growth areas.

Ideal Candidate:

Product Sales Experience Mandatory: 1-2 Years
Diploma or Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Strong Analytical Skills and expert in securing their own meetings
Solid understanding of dynamics in key verticals such as Manufacturing, Professional Services, Real Estate
Technology Savvy: Should have used CRM or Sales Force Automation software before
Understanding of their Geographic Territory: Delhi
Proven experience in handling complex targets Successfully
Experience in B2B selling where the prospects are C level, Directors

Other Details:
Designation: Business Development Manager
Work Schedules: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
Compensation: Base salary plus benefits, bonus and commissions.
Work Culture: Formal, fast paced and Fun.
Monday to Saturday (3 weeks)
Industries Served: Manufacturing, Automotive, Real Estate, Retail and Professional services
100% export oriented unit under Govt. of India STP scheme
India HQ: Bangalore, Regional Office New Delhi, Mumbai office.
