Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Channel / Franchisee Sales

Job Description

Role :

Extensive traveling would be involved to be present in person with your Franchisee Operators.

1) Launch the Francisee program in new markets at all India Level.
2) Supporting the franchisee during initial launch and kick start their business
3) Provide training and information on the business policies and procedures.
4) Support franchisee in business development
5) Liaison with various departments like Backend Operations, Logistics, Category & Accounts
6) Continuous follow ups and monitoring the business growth
7) Target Achievements
 
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
MBA in any stream with minimum relevant experience 2 to 4 years in Channel Sales / Franchisee Sales
Should have good understanding and experience of Channel / Franchisee Operations
Should have handled multiple channel partners and achieved sales targets
Shoud be very good in communication and inter-personal skills to be able to help launch business from scratch, in new markets
Strong co-ordination and problem solving skills
