Job Description for the position of GM/DGM-Finance & Accounts:
In charge of Finance & Accounts and Department of the Company.
Approval of all payments and Receipts for entering the system.
Release of payments to various suppliers, EPC and Non EPC Contracts based on the approval of MD.
Co-ordination of all the activities and giving guidance to all the staff in the day to day Finance, Accounts and Finalization of the accounts.
Discussion and rectification of audit points with internal auditors.
Discussion and finalization of Audit and Accounts in coordination with Statutory Auditors.
Finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the approval of the Board.
Signing of all Statutory Returns like: Income Tax,TDS and Sales Tax.
Pay Disbursing Officer of the company and deduction & remittance of TDS on Salaries.
Coordinating all the activities relating to release of the term loan and day to day correspondence with banks.
Communication with all Consortium Banks.
Dealing with all Financial Institution, Banks and Financial Syndicators.
Finanalisation of Budget with Budget Committee members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant or AICWA Qualified, with good academic record having 15 to 20 Years of working experience in large manufacturing Industry having turnover of minimum 400 Crores. He should have command in the area of Accounts, Finance, Contracts,Taxation, Legal matters of large manufacturing industry preferably Integrated Thermal power plant/Energy /Steel Plant / Construction/Cement etc.
