OS Installing and upgrading windows7 XP SP3/2000/2003.
Mail client side configuration & supporting for Microsoft Outlook
Configuration of User Profiles & trouble shooting
Supporting for remote desktop sharing & troubleshoot the issues.
Managing users accounts & troubleshooting of LANs.
Installation & configuration of Local & N/W printers
Installations of Multimedia Kit, CD-ROM drive, Ethernet, Scanners, Modems, Printers and Backup Devices.
Configuration of all Black Berry Handsets & I devices with enterprise activation.
Supporting or meetings by using tools like Net meeting, WebEx, MS Lync
Complete support for Video Conference with internal users by using ISDN BRI Visiting branches spread across Karnataka for trouble shooting any user problems.
Adding & removing the users from domain
