Job Description
- Developing a strategic transportation to provide safe, reliable, clean and highly customer focused transportation for corporate traveller & Employees,
- Able to design a program in mature and developing markets, able to develop service level agreements (SLA) and manage vendors to achieve the SLAs.
- The successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of industry standards related to vehicle maintenance and safety standards, driver qualifications, training and performance, and passenger protection.
- Should have knowledge of travel operations and OBT (Online Booking Tool)
- Capturing MI fields in all the bookings and ensure 100 % Compliance .
- Ensure complete usage of Airlines Corporate deals by Implant / Team .
- Negotiations on Hotels and Airlines RFP's / corporate agreement for CSM accounts
- Managing Domestic & International travel including visa, Forex, hotel booking and renting cars
- Develop & maintain range of Hotels PAN India Location for Employees and Foreign delegates
Specific responsibilities include:
- develop strategic plans and objectives
- manage strategic supplier relations Negotiate and finalize Rate Contracts with Vendors
- develop SLA"s and manage vendors to achieve collaborate with global travel team members and business partners
- establishing safety standards for transportation vendors develop cost analysis, budgets, process purchase orders
- Attend / get directions from Global Lead Buyers
