Job Description	Ensure the support of the dealer for spare parts ordering, follow-up dealers orders, service level and on time delivery, Receive the orders from the dealers, control, analyze, check irregularities, Follow-up the orders and service level, Handle claims from dealers, Ensure reports and charts on orders follow-up and service level, Network parts order tracking Order download Credit check with finance Order release in SAP Road permit tracking Pending Order file update Coordination with pricing team to resolve pricing issues Support warehouse dispatches on Saturday by coordinating with dealers for e-permits Tracking of new model orders
