Hiring FOR Receptionist/ Administration Profile WITH A BANK IN CP

Job Description 1. Candidate should be good looking, smart, energetic with excellent communication skill as she will be required to do lots of customer interaction and inter-personal communications. Should also be confident enough and having honest approach to the assignment in hand. Having Banking Industry exposure shall be an advantage.

2. Must be a well accomplished person in handling General Office Activities as well as Reception work. Having good understanding of general office administration is essential.
3. Should be well conversant in handling Computer Application. Specially, should have a very good command over Ms-Excel & Ms-Word.
4. Systematic and logical approach to difficult situation and understanding as well as grasping ability of new procedure shall be considered as a good habit of the candidate.
5. Should believe that Smile always increases the face value as Guest & Customer relation shall be one of the primary assignments for the candidate..

Desired Profile Objective a) Being the Face of the Organisation, the candidate is expected to be the first representative of the organization.
b) In addition, to provide all round support to General Office Activities with regard to to Human Resource & other General Affairs Matters.
Qualification
Should be Graduate at least. Diploma in Office Administration/ Reception activities/ public relation shall be added advantage.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in similar assignments. Having experience in Bank shall be a definite advantage.
