Job Description Managing and delegating a team of sales team members.

. Maintain MIS, strategy planning and Implementation.

Regularly conducting various Marketing Activity and Events for Business development and generate database and revenue for unit.

Team building, Training, Goal setting Monitoring, Business procurement and generating revenue for the organisation.

Conduct training Programs and monitoring at all checks, and developing the Unit on Sale Technique and assist the team to achieve target.

Help them in organizing their plan of action and taking care of their business also.

Maintain Persistency in Performance

Rendering extensive support to managers, Customers and cross function.

Motivate them to strive harder for achieving their sales objective and maintaining 'live' environment.
