Job Description
  • GRE
    • Handling the guest complaint & services.
    • Proper handling of check in & check out.
    • Handling Duty Manager Shift in absence of duty manager.
    • Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
    • Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
    • Checks out guests and inquires about their stay.
    • Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores.
    • Actively builds awareness of the Brand to guests.
    • Fluent in both verbal & written English.
    • 1-3 year experience in a similar capacity.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good organization skills.
    • High self disciplinary.
