Job Description
- Counselling students and providing basic information and counselling over the phone. Regarding the suitable programmes.
- Maintaining database of the students visited.
- Making fresh calls , follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided
- Counselling prospects and convert them to admissions
- Helping marketing team in creating marketing campaigns and planning various marketing activities.
- Understanding student grievances if any and reporting it to centre director.
- Identify students from important schools & colleges.
- Helping marketing team in preparation of presentation material to schools and colleges.
- Create / edit / update database of relevant schools and colleges in the various target markets
- Invitations, information letters, posters for Career Counselling workshops / Seminars/ Competitions/ PA Courses / Facilities visits
- Arrange the premises visit for interested candidates
- Coordinate workshops.
- Responsible for quality lead generation, tracking to closure
- Seek & understand data of schools and colleges for present students.
