Job Description	Specific task and Responsibilities : 1. To work in Field Quality Improvement(FQI) function in accordance with planned schedule. 1) Field Quality Imrpovement for the vehicles sold or produced in India *Collect the field quality information from the Market *Collect Concern parts from Market *Deploy corrective action with measure to the dealers *Monitor the effectiveness for the corrective actions. 2. Report status of KPI and milestone to the manager and take corrective actions if required. 3. Proactively monitor product quality information from Call Centre, Road side assistance, etc and take action. - Collect field quality information from the market - Vehicle investigation for technical concerns - Quick technical reporting to the FQI function engineers based in plant
Desired Profile	1. B.E. (Mech/Auto) from AICTE recognized Colleage/University with 4 yrs of relevant experience. Age group 25 to 28 years. 2. Experience of market quality or technical after sales at automotive manufacturing company.  3 to 6yrs exp
