1.Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management.
2. Handling calls and resolving the quires Accounts, Finance, Back-office.
3.Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
4. Provide Back end services to Clients for Accounts, Finance, Insurance, Collections.
5. Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
6. Provide World Class Customer Service.
7. End to Transaction of Reports.
8. Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
9. You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
10. Shifts - UK, US and Day-Shift.
