Specialized Knowledge:
*Has to have a passion and flare for Training
*Platform skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Should have Creative bent of mind and open to new ideas.
*Highly motivated and Self Learner
*Understanding of automotive products and processes would be added advantage
*Understanding of Kaizen, 5S tools and their utilization to increase Productivity.
Responsibilities:
*Identify training needs and create an implementation plan to deliver required skills.
*Consult with line managers to ensure training is conducted on a timely and relevance basis
*Develop training courses to cover basic skills
*Maintain training records for all After sales (Parts and Service) staff
*Manage the training and development program in a professional manner
*Ensure the material covered within courses is relevant for the purpose and add value for the individual and department
*Design and implement a skills testing program to provide a career structure for productive technicians.
*Manage training delivery, assessment and follow-up
*Submit monthly report on training activities & performance to senior management.
*Develop an on the job and computer based training program to facilitate skills refresher training that does not require a class room environment
*Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and generic software applications and personal computer classes.
*Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
*Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
**After Sales Automobile Experience Preferred**
