AGS is currently seeking multiple Business Development Manager / Account
managers with experience working directly with fortune 500 clients in
US Staffing Industry for our Chennai branch supporting clients in USA.
This position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions
necessary to utilize market knowledge and activity to develop and
maintain direct client accounts in US through sales activity. This is a
sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing
business within the IT/Engineering niche. Client activities include
client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job
orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts. The
position's daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
the following:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Contact Client Hiring Managers and present candidates for contract and direct-hire positions in the area of IT / Engineering
- Present candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to the client orders.
- Will work with a team of seasoned staffing professionals and will be primarily responsible for IT/Engineering staffing sales and new business development.
- Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
- Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients.
- Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects. Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects.
- Manage the client relationship by making sure client expectations are met.
- Ensure your assigned recruiters delivers
- 2-5+ years of Business development experience within the high-tech staffing field in US Staffing Industry.
- Must have experience in developing and maintaining direct client accounts.
- Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding problem solving ability
- Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge
- Candidates with B1 Visa preferred.
