Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Independently handle day to day accounting, timely closing of books of accounts on regular basis.
Must have hands on experience Tally, TDS and other accounting related programs.
Maintain books and files, preparation of the monthly Trial Balance, monthly Profit and Loss account, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet under guidance of accounts manager.
Preparation of invoices.
Processing and payments to creditors/suppliers (domestic/international) and follow ups with clients for collection.
Reconciliation of accounts with the suppliers/clients.
Salary processing and tax withholding thereof.
Coordinate with banks for all related work i.e. salary, inward remittance, outward remittance, bank statements etc.
Handling Government departments like Income Tax, Service Tax, Providend Fund, Gratuity, etc.
Must have in-depth knowledge on taxation, company laws and requirements for accounting for Private Ltd companies in India.
Reporting (invoicing, monthly Profit and Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet) on timely basis.
Budget (monthly/annually) and variance analysis there on.
