Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:-

• To monitor the day to day processing/delivery of all payment / collection Services products with the primary purpose of meeting services standards.
• To resolve services related issues.
• To ensure compliance of all internal procedures, operation controls and regulatory requirements.
• To provide CMS related Services to customers and to meet turnaround times as per the Services Level agreement & Productivity standards.
• Handles staff referrals, customer enquiries, exceptions and irregular cases in accordance with agreed services standards (CMS).
• Monitoring all transactions to ensure obligations/payments duly met.
• Handle all issues arising of Legal & Compliance matters pertaining to transactions of the CPC.
• Ensuring strict implementation of Group policies on KYC
