Jobs & Responsibilities: (Grade : Senior Manager / Manager)
Handling On Roll team of Assistant Managers & Premier Acquisition Manger responsible for branch Liability targets including CASA,FD,LI & other cross sells.
Fresh acquisition of High Value Customers to the Bank.
Ensuring adherence to the KYC regulations.
Ensuring Product Training for the Team.
Handling a team of AAM's for Retail Liabilities & Wealth Management by doing CASA, Term Deposit, Investments, Business Loan & Asset Products.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Graduate/Post
Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance.
