Job Description

Recruitment Consultant, Gurgaon -Experience 3-7 years
1. Responsible for recruitment and delivery for  Engineering vertical.

2. The role will include sourcing of resumes from different channels and managing end to end recruitment process for volume hiring / temporary staff

3. Co-coordination of interview logistics

4. Salary negotiations and

5. Maintenance of monthly/weekly/daily MIS

6. Overall client management

Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will be a recruiter with 3-7years of experience with an understanding of engineering and oil & gas sector

Experience in staffing industry including volume recruiting

Ability manage end to end recruitment cycle .
