• Preparing business model for project / business financing and management of related information.
• Assisting in Business Analysis and Project Costing with cost and financial control.
• Analysis of business models, sanity check of calculations and assumptions
• Maintaining records for providing to bankers and lenders loan documentation compliance
• Review of project progress and maintaining checks and balances keeping interest of the group.
• Liaisoning with bankers for new and existing loan funding.
• Assisting in commercial decisions for loan financing (overseas and domestic financing).
• Liaisoning with lawyers and assisting in final loan documentation.
• Assisting in meeting FEMA requirements for overseas investments and financing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

UG - B.Com - Commerce
PG - CA, ICWA, M.Com - Commerce

• Corporate experience of 4-5 years in MIS / Costing function.
• Should preferably have prior experience in raising and maintaining foreign currency and rupee funding in and outside India and related compliances.
• Should have excellent negotiation skills and sound knowledge of Tax laws and FEMA regulations.
• Good communication and analytical skills and should be capable to lead and manage teams.
• Should have worked in a multi-divisional organization, preferably EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) or large contracting organizations and Preferred Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, IT and/or of the Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Cement, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas businesses.
• Should have capabilities to make intelligent reports and analysis from data.
• Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of MS Excel using Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.
